Thank you for your interest in Stille — Meditation Timer. Protecting your personal data is important to us.

01What data is stored?

The app stores exclusively on your device:

• Number and duration of your meditation sessions
• Daily streak
• Mood ratings before and after sessions
• App settings (language, dark mode, reminder time)

We do not transmit any data to external servers ourselves. The core functions of the app — timer, breathing exercises, mood tracking, statistics, meditation guide and bedtime stories — work entirely offline. The statistics can be reset at any time from within the app's settings.

02No tracking, no advertising

The app does not use any tracking tools, analytics services or advertising networks.

03Spotify Links (optional)

In the "Good Night" section, the app provides links to external Spotify playlists. These links are optional — you do not have to use them.

If you tap a Spotify link, the Spotify app or your browser will open. From that moment on, you are no longer in the Stille app. The privacy policy of Spotify (Spotify AB, Sweden) then applies.

Important: We are not a partner of Spotify. We merely link to publicly available playlists. Any data generated through your use of Spotify (listening behaviour, account information, etc.) is processed exclusively by Spotify — not by us.

Playback through Spotify requires your own account, possibly with a Premium subscription. There are no contractual or financial relationships between us and Spotify.

04Notifications

The optional reminder function uses only the local notification system of your device.

05No registration required

Using the app does not require creating a user account.

06Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app will completely remove all locally stored data. Alternatively, you can reset your statistics at any time using the reset function within the app itself.
